Audit intake triage
Submitted requests are deliberately not displayed on the public site. Scout and Jake can triage the durable auditSubmissions queue in the Launch Roast Convex dashboard, where each request starts with anew status and can be moved through scope confirmation and review.
Safe triage sequence
- 01Review the submitted app URL, requested package, and customer tasks.
- 02Confirm the exact scope and temporary dummy-account access directly with the owner.
- 03Only then begin the authorized functional checks and update the queue status.
